1. Data Controller

As the data controller, Tolgay Satana (“Data Controller”), we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data by fulfilling our obligation of disclosure under the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”).

 

2. Methods of Obtaining Personal Data and Legal Reasons

Your personal data will be obtained by filling out the electronic form on our website;  By adhering to the basic principles in the law; Provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, it will be processed to the extent necessary for the legitimate interests of the Data Controller and by obtaining explicit consent at the points required in accordance with the Law.
