Problems specific to the hand
1.Tendon jams (trigger finger) ruptures (hammer finger, buttonhole deformity, swan neck)
2.Nerve compression (carpal and ulnar)
3. Fascia contractures (dupuytren)
It can be solved with minor surgical interventions.
